I have always put my best foot forward and I believe that a server could always use someone who has experience not only in its own community but outside as well. I also have been in the community for forever, befriending many people along the way. I understand I've also made enemies, including many who I'm sure will voice this below, but what I enjoy is being someone who is valuable and helpful and I believe that is what I can be. I like enforcing the rules, I feel that sometimes I could help the staff team be better at enforcing the rules and I just want to help. No staff member, or management member, has been apart of CrixRP as long as I have. I have been staff on the server multiple times before and this is something new applicants may lack. Not only this but there are very little staff on the west coast, this means I can bring much needed staffing on to the server when there aren't many other staff members on. I know many of the staff members already, many I do get along with and I'll be excited to work with. I know that many players, and even staff/management, have feuds with me. I feel this is in part to me always requesting admins when I see people break the rules but also because I'm outspoken and not afraid to tell people what I think. If you check my warns you'll see this, multiple warns for Staff disrespect and player disrespect, but I'm trying to get better at this and become a person who will still be outspoken but not rude about it.
