  • Community Director

    The Community Director (“CD”) is responsible for leading the development and execution of Crix Network's development, evolution, and welbeing. This position is responsible for appointing Director positions, and leading the Leadership Team. This position is responsible for approving of Advisor & director promotions. This position oversees all Development of Crix Networks, along with appointing Developers & Freelance Developers. This position generally should only be contacted by Developers & Directors of the leadership team. All Developers and Freelance developers report directly to the community director. All Directors report directly to the Community Director.
  • Director Of Infrastructure

    The Director of Infrastructure (“DOI”) is responsible for leading the development and execution of Crix Network's development, evolution, and welbeing. This position has a global rank on all servers. This position is granted development access to the website, discord, steam group, and other network services. This position is focused on management, development, maintenance, and delegation of moderation within all of the above. This position oversees both the TeamSpeak & Forum Moderation Teams, monitoring their internal activity. This position may also assist in server development, and any tasks or projects assigned by the CD. This position is assigned by the CD, and reports directly to the CD. Directors have full authority over their departments, but only their departments. They must contact the CD regarding reports on Network Advisors+ from separate divisions, and directors from separate departments if they wish to raise concerns. Directors are the last COC and primarily focus on management & development, not administration.
  • Director Of Personnel

    Oversees all Staff / Personnel of Crix Networks. This position has a global rank on all servers. This position is tasked with the selection of SD's, Head Of Staff's, Head Admins, and managment of our in-game staff teams. This position is responsible for Community Meetings, Global Staff Meetings, and oversight of all Crix Networks server leadership teams. This position may promote and demote any staff below or equal to Server Director. This position is assigned by the CD, and reports directly to the CD. Directors have full authority over their departments, but only their departments. They must contact the CD regarding reports on Network Advisors+ from separate departments, and directors from separate departments if they wish to raise concerns. Directors are the last COC and primarily focus on management & development, not administration.
  • Director Of Relations

    Oversees all Community Relations of Crix Networks. This position has a global rank on all servers. This position is responsible for overseeing all relations within Crix Networks (Trainers/Social Media/Other Community Relations/e.g) This position may promote and demote any relation based members like trainers, advisors, community partners in the Crix Networks Leveling System. This position is assigned by the CD, and reports directly to the CD. Directors have full authority over their departments, but only their departments. They must contact the CD regarding reports on Network Advisors+ from separate departments, and directors from separate departments if they wish to raise concerns. Directors are the last COC and primarily focus on management & development, not administration.
  • Network Advisor

    Advisors are one rank above Server Directors, but are only assigned designated tasks by the CD for their Advisor period. This position has a global rank on all servers. This position acts in an advisory role to assist in their assignments. This position is usually held for 1-3 months before being considered for a higher network management position. This position is applied for via monthly Network Advisor Applications. This position is selected by the Network Leadership Team through monthly applications and ballots. This position should be community-oriented, guiding and leading by example, as they are not within the normal Administrative chain-of-command. Advisors may only work on their designated assignments, should not be administrating in-game, and cannot be used to skip COC.
  • Server Director

    Server Directors are responsible for overseeing one particular server and their staff team. This position has the ability to promote and demote any rank below or equal to Head Of Staff. This position has the ability to update and/or change server rules with the DOP permission. This position reports directly to the DOP.
  • Head Of Staff

    HOS are responsible for overseeing one particular servers staff team. This position has the ability to promote and demote any rank below or equal to Head Admin. This position reports directly to the SD.
  • Head Admin

    HA are responsible for helping overseeing one particular servers staff team. This position has the ability to promote and demote any rank below or equal to Elite Admin. This position reports directly to the HOS or SD.
  • Elite Admin

    Elite Administrators are experienced Admins whom have been promoted to a supervisory role. This position has the ability to supervise all Admins and below, reporting their findings to Head Admins. This position has the ability to recommend staff members via staff hub. This position has the ability to ban users from our in-game servers. This position is expected to handle tickets in-game and on the forums, and any in-game administrative issues.
  • Senior Admin

    Senior Administrators are experienced staff members whom have been granted the ability to ban users from the Crix Networks Game Servers. This position has the ability to recommend staff members via staff hub. This position has the ability to ban users from our in-game servers. This position is expected to handle reports in-game and on the forums, and any in-game administrative issues.
  • Admin

    Administrators are experienced staff members whom have been granted the ability to ban users from the Crix Networks Game Servers. This position has the ability to recommend staff members via staff hub. This position has the ability to ban users from our in-game servers. This position is expected to handle reports in-game and on the forums, and any in-game administrative issues.
  • Senior Moderator

    Senior Moderators are Moderators whom have been promoted to the next level, and can handle most moderation duties below Admin. This position has the ability to recommend staff members via staff hub. This position is expected to handle reports in-game and on the forums, and any in-game administrative issues.
  • Moderator

    Moderators have been promoted from Trainee and have been accepted as a official Crix Networks Staff Member. This position has the ability to recommend staff members via staff hub. This position is expected to handle reports in-game and on the forums, and any in-game administrative issues.
  • Trainee

    Trainees are probationary Moderators on their first step to becoming a Staff member of Crix Networks. This position can be demoted at any time for not passing their trial period. This position can be applied for via the Staff Applications Section on the forums. This position is expected to learn how to handle tickets and staff sits properly.
