This was my first offense and I was nailed w/ a 6-day ban. Final remarks: I followed MOTD, and CDM is defined as hitting someone on the sidewalk with your car. The people I hit were in a parking lot. I've witnessed way worse and seen a warn happen, even to people with priors unlike myself.  

+1, he was not the problem i agree with his last statement, "I've witnessed way worse and seen a warn happen, even to people with priors unlike myself." Continuing from this it was mingy people just trying to ruin the rp, Stitch has been rping all day.

+1 - I don't think he should have been banned. I was there and the majority of people he killed were people shooting at him. I agree with a warning for CDM but a 6-day ban is a bit excessive for this minor offense where most of the people he killed were shooting at him and his vehicle at the time of occurrence. 

+1000 I've seen people get away with RDMx3 as a fucking warn. He hit someone who was in a parking lot and gets banned for 6 days? This just goes to show that the server along with the staff team is poor and doesn't care about their community.
